Went for bankruptcy help/options and did not get much assistance from this agency. I was asked to bring a list of all my debt, but when I got there, it was not even looked at and was told I did not qualify for chapter 7 based on presumptions of what my household income was. A very negative, bleak picture was painted of my options and credit counseling agencies were heavily pushed instead of exploring the bankruptcy options. A phone call was never returned when I had left a message an hour after my appointment with additonal questions. Recommend going with a firm or someone who is gonna take the time to sit down and acutally look at your income/bills/expenses and go over it to determine if you can pass the "means test," instead of just regurgitating legal jargon.
