Mr. Spiroff is a straight-to-the-point kind of guy. He is no bull. I can understand why some sensitive people could misinterpret him as being rude (but he's not). I did what I was told, when I was told, and he helped my family stay in our home through a chapter 13 repayment bankruptcy. He also made it possible to only pay 5% of what I owed on my credit cards, and my second mortgage. He saved me almost $100,000. Also I know his peers respect him because when we had to go to court once, the judge said I had a good lawyer. Didn't say that about any other lawyer that was there that day.
I'm not sure the first review is about the same guy. (unless their sensitive, or didn't follow his instructions. Life is tough in bankruptcy, but now I'm out of it, and in a much better place.)
