Throughout the entire process, Bret was extremely accommodating, professional, and respectful of my fears and of my privacy. Most of all, he gave me peace of mind. He always made time to either speak with me on the phone or meet with me in person.

I was considering hiring Mr. Whipple, and for over a month I called and sent faxes of my case to him. He never returned calls, and the faxes repeatedly were 'lost' or 'never received'. I finally sent everything certified mail, but still heard nothing for 3 weeks. I left a few messages, and Mr. Whipple called me on a Sunday afternoon while I was in church. I called him back moments later and he sounded irritated that I was bothering him. He had no recollection of my 'case' and told me to refresh his memory. I got one sentence out, and he rudely interrupted me and told me he had no idea why I thought he was going to take my case. I advised him that I was merely asking him to consider taking my case. He said 'absolutely not', he 'would not consider it at this time'. And 'where did I get the idea that he would?' I gave him the name of the attorney that referred him to me. He said nothing. I thanked him and hung up. This guy is arrogant, unprofessional, and unkind. He's also sloppy and unorganized. I cannot imagine what a disaster he could potentially be on a case. I'm reporting him to the attorney that referred me, and I consider it a blessing that he showed his true colors before I paid him a dime.

When I was in need of a criminal defense lawyer in Las Vegas, I met with Bret Whipple. I had heard about his track record with many of his clients getting acquittals and not guilty verdicts. I felt so comfortable with him that I knew right away I would retain him. I am glad that I did. Bret got on my case right away.
