When I first met Carmen I couldn't sleep because I received multiple traffic violations. One being a DUI. Carmen met with me and spent over an hour explaining New Jersey's laws and how the officer had no apparent reason for pulling me over. He explained the 20 minute law along with others that I was not familiar with. I finally slept that night knowing not to toss in the towel when everyone else does. He was referred to me by a friend. I also didn't have a lot of money and he said that a payment plan would be fine. I'd refer him anytime. OH and yes he got the tickets thrown out.
