Five months into the process of trying to keep custody of my daughter Mr. McNeil could not remember my daughter's name. That's how important we were to him. He never was proactive, never returned phone calls, never offered suggestions. If keeping/obtaining custody of your children is your goal..Mr McNeil is absolutely not the lawyer for you. I spent thousands of dollars during the scariest time of my life with the impression he would help me. He never did. Do not hire this attorney if obtaining/keeping custody of your child is your goal.
