Save your money! This guy is a joke. He comes across as the most arrogant and cocky attorney you have ever met. Another reason why people dislike attorneys so much. The problem is, he doesn't seem to know much about anything. All he wants to do is charge you a ridiculous amount of money up front without really being honest about your case. Trust me, stay away from this guy or you'll be out a couple thousand dollars without receiving any real professional help.

edit: I received a call from Mr. Everage himself today 8/31 to "make right" my initial experience with his firm. I commend him on making the effort to do so. As a consumer I only ask to receive the services that are being promised to me, and Mr. Everage's phone call and our resulting conversation has shown me that he takes great pride in making sure his potential clients are 100% satisfied whenever they place a call to his firm After paying 50 dollars to consult with Mr. Everage, I never got to talk to him. Instead I was passed off onto "some other guy" who in my opinion clearly took no interest in me or my case. After being told that my case and notes would be given to Mr. Everage for his review, and that I would hear from him the following week, I waited to no avail and had to call back myself. I was told that he was out of town and that an email would be sent to him and he would call me. Still no call and I had to call again days later only to get the same guy who I initially consulted with, who according to him doesn't have the experience in dealing with cases like mine. He proceeds to tell my out of work and unemployed self (the reason for my case in the first place) that I'd need to pony up 2500 dollars for them to take my case. I told him that I'd like for the actual attorney to contact me and he says sure. Needless to say I never got that call. I honestly don't even think Mr. Everage has ever even heard of me.
