David Merson is the best immigration lawyer I have met.
David did all my immigration processes including my H1-B, LC, and I140 & I485. He prepared all necessary documents, never missed one, and always double check them with me before filing application. I never had any issue with my application, not a single one.
Here is my immigration story.
I started preparing my LC process with David in the spring 2007. My LC was approved sometime in Aug. 2007.
Started preparing my I140 & I485 process in Sep. 2007. It took a while because I had to get all documents and get the medical exam. David filed my application in Nov. 2007. I got fingerprinting in Dec. 2007.
And I GOT MY GREEN CARD IN MARCH 2008.
Can you believe this? David completed all immigration processes within one year. I am very happy for my greencard. :)
