I think Kent is a great attorney , He even let me make payments when I couldn't afford it , for my divorce case , To me Kent doesn't take sides but listens to both as I could tell when talking to him & meeting with him , didn't matter to me , even though I was the one that hired him , I just wanted to make sure my daughter was taken care of , I suppose that is not always the case in a divorce situation with children. I was awarded full custody of my daughter and jumped through hoops for years so she could see her mother , After years of doing this we finally decided to move back home to Minnesota after my daughters mother moved to Texas to live with an old boyfriend about 3 years before then and she said she wasn't moving back .To me It's not always about who is right , it's about what is right for that particular situation. everyone's situation is different. Attorney Kent Lamb represented me in my divorce case and I can tell you from personal experience that I was better off representing myself. He was worse than a public defender. He immediately gravitated to my ex-wife and only offered solutions that benefited her. When I was in his law office the day before my divorce hearing, he was full of ideas, but that all changed when he got into court. I was dumbfounded as I sat in court and listened to him represent my ex wife...even though I paid him to represent me. If you want someone to take your money and leave you defenseless in court, than Kent Lamb is the attorney for you. I honestly think his attraction and desire for my ex- wife caused him to forget who he was representing in court. He did me in so bad that he would not look me in the eyes after the court hearing to discuss paperwork that the Judge ordered us to complete. I asked him to send me a copy of the final order that he putting together, before he emailed it to the Judge and he promised to get my approval first; on a hunch I called the courts two business days later and they told me that he had already emailed the Judge with the request and everything he put in there was granted...I just wished he would have consulted me first because the final order wasn't beneficial to me whatsoever!
