I am very disappointed in this firm’s lack of professionalism. I entered into an agreement to settle a dispute in the middle of December and was clearly told by their associate that they would forward information to me to make a payment or arrangements for payment. I told the attorney at that time, before signing the agreement, that I would not be able to pay it until the New Year (2012). Today 1-17-2012 I received a letter in the mail (first form of communication since the signing of the paperwork in which I still have not received my legally required documents) that I have not paid said judgment and that they have already suspended my driver’s license as a result of it. The fact that there has not been any communication and no paperwork sent to me (except this letter) it shocks me that they have already filed to have my license suspended. This lack of respect and professionalism is appalling and unacceptable by any standards. I would warn anyone that enters into any agreement with this firm as they clearly do not stand up to there part of any agreement.
