I would have given an "Extremely Poor" rating, but Google only permits the lowest grade to be "Poor-Fair" so Robert Roache is getting a much higher grade than deserved. He showed complete lack of preparedness, knowledge of the case and/or laws for that matter, and will try to charge a ridiculous fee for doing nothing. His office can't even get the right Home Owners Association on the bill. Unprofessional, unfriendly, and in our opinion, his connection with Omni Property Management is shady at best. Omni Property Management is probably more to blame than Robert Roache (he's just tryin to make a buck as easy as possible), but Omni returned not one, but TWO of our homeowners dues in order to collect more funds by sending it "to legal" and charging additional late fees. We paid the first $150 PLUS the $35 late fee well within the 90 days they allowed us. However, they turned it into Robert Roache's office in less than 60 days (the corrupt connection begins). It has been impossible to pay Omni because they keep returning our checks. They don't even cash them! You see, they continuously add late fees, so by the time to you send them a new check, that last amount they billed you for is no longer correct... it has gone up. I believe that Robert Roache and Omni are in this together. It's an easy way for them to steal from individuals. And Robert Roache repeatedly requests the Lawrence Township Small Claims Branch because we hear he gets a 95% win percentage... easy money for him. It's not like didn't pay. We could pay it all now PLUS his fees, but as a matter of principle, his actions must be fought. I would be highly skeptical of Robert Roache.

People in this office are not nice to talk to or deal with. They leave you hold for a long period time and do not have any of information you need. If you leave a voicemail they will not call you back. I would not use this office for anything.
