I haven't hire this firm yet, but Pat answered all my questions over the phone in terms of taking legal action against a horrible vendor. He even offered to read and make correction on my rejection of non conforming goods letter to the vendor. Who does that?! I read the letter to him over the phone and he made corrections like he offered. ALL at no cost to me. a HIGH HIGH five to this law firm with lawyers with a heart.
If you need someone to collect a debt for you, this is the group to use. Before hiring them I asked at least four different attorneys who I should hire to collect a bad debt. They ALL referred me to Edgerton & Edgerton. Used them once and I'll definitely use them again if I need to.
DO NOT HIRE
You will have a bad experience. He will not do the job as promised and he will inflate your bill. In other words you will not get much from you retainer if you stop or cancel the service.For a message left on my answering machine he charged me 30 min. $ 125.00
