In hopes no one has a bill turned over to this company!! Unfortunate I did, payed my bill in full in January and the company lost all deposits for that day which mine was included they did not contact or rebill me and almost six months later they find the missing deposits and cash them!!! WITHOUT contacting me to make sure the funds are still available, VERY POOR BUSINESS needless to say they caused my checking account to over draft many checks that had been written for that month and left me in a huge mess, All it took was a phone call to let me know 500 dollar check had been found and make sure or make arrangements to be cashed so because of there mistake I am having to pay for it!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
