Horrible company! Closing was scheduled for 2/27 and they knew the date. That date came and went and despite multiple requests it’s been 13 business days we’ve been waiting for Estoppel letter and still not here. They could care less that the buyer is a single mother and recent widow, who had to reschedule all the utilities, movers and painting contractors. It’s amazing companies like this are still in business at all.
