Just got my Chapter 7 discharge, what a relief!! I am so appreciative of my lawyer. I met with two before Mr. Rosal but they were ridiculous. One quoted me a fee, asked me a few questions and ushered me out the door 15 minutes later, the second wanted me to fill out a 25 page book, which turned out to be the work she had to do, what was I paying her for? Mr. Rosal had a simple 5 page form at the initial interview, he was reasonably priced and spent 45 minutes with me explaining the whole process and the important aspects and effects of a bankruptcy for me personally. He was very patient throughout the whole process and was very accessible when ever I had any questions. He is now helping my daughter with her Chapter 13, eliminating her second mortgage and reducing what she owes on two cars. If you need help don't hesitate to call and meet with him.
