I have worked with Mark McMann for almost a year and have had a very positive experience. Mark provided valuable information to help me remedy existing issues. He composed an outstanding detailed report with supporting data consisting of material that complimented what I had provided. He consistently responds to any of my questions promptly. Finally, Mark's presence in court invited respect from all who were involved. I highly recommend Mark McMann for effective/trustworthy counsel.

Never on time. Showed up LATE for mediation and deposition. Did not gather information requested. Horrible. IMO, he's a joke. I think he slept with a married cop's wife too. Don't let his National Guard angle pull you in. Still trying to figure out double billing. Stay away from this guy!! ***EDIT: Mark, did you show up on time for mediation and deposition, ONCE? You skim over that question! You did not gather everything I requested! "Mr. S. left the courtroom the day of his trial perfectly content and, seemingly, very pleased with the outcome. His particular case was handled with the utmost professionalism and, ultimately, with some factual hurdles in the case, we were able to secure Kevin S. an extremely positive result." NO SIR! I have multiple follow up emails, plus court records showing you did not have our agreement (or should I say, their agreement) in front of you when we went to trial. I did not agree to what we discussed from earlier agreements and you pushed it through - and NO I was not content leaving that courtroom. I have facts that proves this Notice this guy has not ONE postive review until this actual assessment of his capabilities was published? BTW, I've already contacted Mr. Mark about double billing. He has not responded.

During the long time period of waiting to go to trial to settle my case for custody and support for my child, Mr. McMann helped me to feel comfortable all the way through this process. Mr. McMann informed me of what to expect and what has a possibility of taking place so at no time was I blind sided. His paralegal is awesome and followed up promptly with any questions and concerns I was having! With all the cases Mr. McMann has...I am proud to say he represented me as if I talked to him on the phone right before trial. Mr. McMann guidance lead me to victory!
