In 2009, I purchased what I had been lead to believe was a "certified" pre-owned vehicle from what I thought was a reputable dealership. A year later I inadvertently discovered the car had been in a major accident with significant frame damage prior to my purchase. I also discovered that it never was certified. When I brought this to the attention of the dealership, I was kindly offered a "good deal" on another car! NOT what I had in mind. After getting nowhere fast on my own, I secured Greg Babbitt from Rosner, Berry, & Babbitt LLP to represent me in an Autofraud case against the dealership. Greg was patient, low-key yet professional, and always very clear and specific in his explanations as to the process of the legal action we were taking against the dealership. While we had to face some delays from the dealership, I am happy to report that today I not only received my refund for the original purchase of my vehicle but also "damages" that Greg was able to secure for me. I am not a person who believes in suing for every silly incident that happens in life, in fact, this is my first lawsuit of this kind...ever. However, when a dealership is given multiple opportunities to do the right thing and fails, I cannot recommend a better law firm to represent you. These attorneys are not ambulance chasers... they are legitimate, professional representation. I am very pleased with the results.
