I called to ask for some real estate advice and the receptionist who answered the phone was so unprofessional. I work as a executive in a large healthcare system and would never tolerate this type of service to our patients. She asked where I got their number and when I told her it was from the web, she told me they were too busy to help without even a sorry or can we call you when things slow down!
