Wattenberg is right as to the law. Yes, the law does need to change but you can't blame the lawyer for knowing the law. You were not forced to dismiss your case, you could have sat around all day until the Judge had time to tell you the same thing. He's a good lawyer, well thought of by his peers and I'm on my way to see him as a client because I trust him. I looked up the address, found this, and want to set the record straight. The rescue group probably didn't even "own" the dog you bought. Get animals from the shelter, they are a better bet. Got it? Your side was not relevant since the law was against you.
