We the people of Bakersfield cannot trust this group to prepare our documents. There is a reason they are not attorney's...they do not know what they are doing. They will ask you to advize an attorney for everything then go against the attorney assuring you a refund if they make a mistake, but they will not refund you when their mistake cost you your court fees and you have to refile. Then they will not return your call for months, even if you call every day. If you cannot understand the court documents, and you cannot afford an attorney go to the law library at the 3rd floor of the court house. They will help you or get you into a free clinic. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, and especially your time!
