Do not use these solicitors! My brother and I used them recently to sell our property, and we were absolutely appalled with the level of service we received. I can't emphasise strongly enough how difficult and stressful they made the entire process through their incompetence and lack of professionalism. They failed to read our lease documents properly, they never responded to emails (even when our emails asked them a direct question or made a direct request of them), they failed to acquire documents necessary for the sale in a timely fashion (resulting in me having to take time off work and get the documents myself) and after all this they then tried to overcharge us for their work (inexplicably double counting a retention charge)! I strongly recommend that you avoid using them - use a lawyer recommended by a friend if possible.
Do not touch these solicitors with a barge pole. Incompetent, incoherent and vacuous when it comes to any form of knowledge - at least with my case. You've been warned.
When my grandmother died in her flat in Wimbledon, I was made executor of the will and dealt with Sean White, whom I found to be very helpful and efficient. I would certainly recommend.
