Do NOT use!!! Definitely a buyer beware! I recently required notary services for a property being sold in a different city. I was sent the papers to my personal e-mail, printed them off and scheduled an appointment with this office to have them witness my signing of the documents. I went in, the receptionist sat me down in a conference room, lawyer came in, watched me sign 4 pieces of paper and then initialed and put an address sticker on those same pages. 5 minutes total. Note at no point did I ask for any legal advice, or indicate any concern about what I was signing. We didn't even speak other than introductions. Total cost for that 5 minutes and those 4 signatures/stickers - $100. Yes - my bad for not asking what their notary services cost up front. I assumed (incorrectly) that for the services provided and for the time allocated to me, I'd be paying a fraction of this cost (in my mind I figured likely $35-$40). I would definitely NOT recommend this law office for anything. Could only imagine what I'd be paying if I had solicited legal advice.
