We have recently used Flat Rate Settlements. We found they were great. This is only the third house we have sold so not something we are familiar with. Sent lots of emails about every step of the process and any communications happening between parties. They supplied easy to read detailed documents for us to know what was going to happen. Communication was great either with email or phone calls. This is how settlements should be. We originally chose them just on price and had no idea how it would go but they seem to have worked out a streamlined system for processing house settlements. Well worth it.
