I honestly don't know how good Ray is as a lawyer but as a landlord he is worse than the slumlords in Chicago. It takes a very long time for him to follow through on anything he promises. When I moved out he hardly gave me any of my deposit back and I kept my apartment spotless. I kept contacting him to get my deposit back and after a month he gave me practically nothing, accusing me of taking an expensive shower head that I BOUGHT! He never had anything that nice in his apartments. It was flat out insulting and pathetic. I hope I never have to deal with him again. He's a typical dishonest slimeball.
